This poor and ill-fated lot can be found in many towns across fantasy worlds. Former soldiers, who have fallen on hard times after fighting in the King’s stead. Or maybe a farmer, whose crops were ransacked one to many times by goblin hordes. Be sure to give them a shilling or two on your travels.
